We realize that you are here because you would like additional
information and we want to communicate with you. Our forms are being converted to be
placed on the web.
Please, in the meantime call, fax, or e-mail us and we'll get the information out to you
ASAP. We would love to hear from you.
The request form will have a selection of topics you can ask for, such as information
regarding, adoption, drug babies, foster care, AIDS babies, general information or about
our speaker bureau.
There is also a section that will allow you to volunteer to help us in areas such as
assisting in our Phoenix office, fund raising activities (not limited to the Phoenix
area), assisting youth in AIDS Education, becoming a State or Regional Coordinator,
promoting the startup of Local CWA Chapters or Affiliate Office in your area, Baby Sitting
or Day Care or Respite Care.
As you can see, there are many areas where we can provide you with information and where
you can help the Children With AIDS Project.
Our prayers go out for these children and our prayers go out to support those families who
have chosen to care for one of these special children.
